Jonathan Leffert, MD

Jonathan Leffert MD is a clinical endocrinologist in Dallas TX and is the Managing Partner of the North Texas Endocrine Center in Dallas TX. He has been in private practice for the last 33 years and has a general endocrine outpatient practice with an emphasis on thyroid disease, bone and mineral metabolism. Dr. Leffert is a past president of AACE and has been involved in advocacy both in the legislative and regulatory areas. In addition, he is the AACE Delegate to the AMA, and a past member of the subspecialty board of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism for the ABIM. Dr. Leffert graduated from Brown University and the University of Minnesota Medical School. He trained at Parkland Memorial Hospital/UT Southwestern at Dallas in internal medicine and did his endocrine fellowship at UT Southwestern Medical School in Dallas.
